An explanation of the information this site gathers, how it's used, and what's deliberately excluded. Policy effective as of September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quoting form collects your gender, birth date, self-assessed health status, tobacco use, desired coverage amount, and preferred term. These inputs go to the carriers' quoting system to generate rate estimates; we don't retain them here. Quotations don't require your name, address, phone, or email. Identical requests may pull from a temporary cache to avoid redundant lookups.

Applying

Should you proceed with an application, your information fills a protected form on the carriers' system, governed by their privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), administers all applications.

The contact form

The message form requires your name, email address, and message content; phone number and preferred contact method are optional. The message reaches the agency by email using your address for responses. No copy stays on this site; we maintain no archive of submissions or message text. A brief spam-prevention check runs locally in your browser before transmission.

Measurement

Page activity is tracked through a first-party system without cookies, running from our servers. We don't use cookies or local tracking codes; your IP is partially obscured before storage; referrer details are stripped; and visitor logs disappear after three months. Any browser signaling Do Not Track or Privacy Control preferences is not logged.

What we do not do

Your data isn't sold, shared, or tracked for advertising. We don't embed third-party analytics. The sole external script appears on the application page—the carriers' submission system—and only if you navigate there.
